7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.

• Combined shipping is available for $9.99 base plus $3.00 per additional item.

• Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days but may vary depending on the carrier or destination.

• Orders over $150 may require signature confirmation upon delivery for fraud protection.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. If approved, we will provide instructions for return or issue a refund at our discretion.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

 

9. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We take fraud and unauthorized payment activity seriously. By placing an order, you agree that:

• The billing and shipping information provided is accurate and authorized by the cardholder.

• Orders may be held, canceled, or refunded if flagged by our fraud-prevention systems or payment processors.

• We may request additional verification such as ID confirmation, address verification, or signature on delivery.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

• Provide order details, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and communication history to the payment provider.

• Restrict or ban future purchases from the customer.

• Pursue recovery of funds in cases of fraudulent or abusive chargebacks where permitted by law.
